Chop
1 onion
3 stalks celery

Melt in skillet or frying pan with cover
1 tablespoon butter

Add the onion and celery and cook until soft

Add:
1 1/2 pounds of Chopped Beef  (Hamburg can be substituted)

Cook and stir until brown.

Add:
1 cup cooked rice
1 cup canned tomatoes

Cook and stir over low heat for 15 - 20 minutes

Season to taste with:
Worcestershire
Tabasco (Red and/or Green)
Chili power/sauce

Serves 4

Prepare this at the table or in advance and serve it as a casserole.
