MUENSTER PIE

 

Pre Heat Oven: 425º

 

Prepare:

½ lb muenster cheese – diced into 1/2" cubes or smaller.

1-½ cups flour (sifted)

2 eggs

Pinch of salt (not needed but enhanses flavor)

2 cups whole Milk

 

Beat eggs, add flour and 1 cup milk, beat to consistency.

Add the rest of the ingredients and stir.

Pour mixture into a greased pie dish.

Bake for 35 minutes.

Serve hot or Cold  (Belinda likes cold better)

Serves 6.
