Chocolate Mouse

CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

Cook over low heat in a double boiler stirring frequently
    1 cup milk
    2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
    ¼ cup sugar
    1 teaspoon gelatin

Beat until smooth and well blended.
Chill until thick. Add
    1 teaspoon vanilla
Beat until light. Fold in
    1 pint heavy cream, whipped
Freeze in a refrigerator tray

Makes 1 Quart
